Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the portfolio of products we offer. Some of the products that are my responsibility are Q-net Queue Management System, Papercut, MyQ, Epson MFPs, Fujitsu Scanners, etc. Also heavily involved in the creation of presales documentation and schematics in accordance with the client requirements and tailor-made after-sales documentation for individual clients. Successfully deployed multiple Q-net installations at a variety of business types (hospitals, banks, schools). Successfully deployed a Room Booking Solution at a major Telecom Company in Qatar. Oversaw the successful deployment of an IPTV and Signage Project for a ministry in Qatar.
